Raeven Otter, owner and artist of Phene Artistry, LLC, has been in the lash industry since 2013. Raeven has diligently worked at perfecting her lash application technique - all with the intent of helping women feel like the best, most beautiful version of themselves. With an eye for perfection, she strives for custom, structured sets that enhance her clients natural eye beauty.

Raeven holds a cosmetology license as well as being multi certified in permanent makeup, joining the Body Art industry in 2018. Raeven specializes in Powder Brows, providing a timeless shape to compliment each and every client’s facial structure.

Raeven continues her education within her industry annually, as well as being a Lash Educator.. Her career is her passion and she strives to provide the best service possible while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment as her number one priority.
